Schwartz UK has collaborated with the very talented Maria Elia for Flavour Forecast 2012.

Flavour Forecast predicts global culinary trends & has teamed up with Maria to incorporate these flavours into six delicious recipe's which Jonathan Gregson has beautifully shot.

To the left we have Red Tea Chocolate Ganache with Cinnamon and Plum Compote & 2 refreshing Water Melon Cooler's with Dill ice cubes, perfect for a Summer's day.

We are delighted to announce the addition of a new photographer to our growing team. Chris Terry is now represented by Pearson Lyle and we are very excited to have him on board. 

Chris specialises in portraiture although his commissions over the years have involved working with several well known chefs, which has led him to a number of interesting food projects including recent books with Lisa Faulkner (winner of Celebrity Masterchef 2010) and Channel Four's The Fabulous Baker Brothers. 

Although based primarily in London, Chris' home is in the Cotswolds with his "very understanding wife Kelly and our three amazing kids", which he describes as "chaos, but of the beautiful kind!"

Chris adds "I love my job, I'm very lucky that I get to take pictures for a living. My client list is nicely varied, which presents different challenges every day. I work all over the world; sometimes in beautiful places, sometimes in dumps! Often with lovely people and sometimes with nutters. It is certainly never boring! 

"I like to offset my commercial jobs with work for charities like British Red Cross, Fifteen Foundation and, especially close to my heart coming from a military family, Combat Stress, BLESMA and later this year, the Gurkha Welfare Trust."

The icy weather is finally here, and what could be better than cooking up a hearty soup to settle down with in the evening.

Jan Baldwin worked with Sarah Tildesley and a wonderful selection of award winning food writers on this scrumptious feature. The image we have posted here is Baked Potato Soup and was created by Felicity Cloake, who describes this dish as her perfect 'under the weather' food, something to warm you through and instantly comfort.

Emma Lee has teamed up with M&S to shoot the kitchen & bathroom range for their Spring 2012 brochure. The Spring style, which features Autograph & Conran ranges is definitely worth a look if your interiors could do with a refreshing uplift.

The kitchen featured here is part of the Fenchurch Collection. The style is calm, cosy & functional with various free standing units which can be added in, depending on the size of your space.

The days are grey and the nights are cold but Waitrose are encouraging us all to bring a little more colour into our lives with their healthy and delicious Love Life range. 

Jonathan Gregson has worked with Waitrose on this campaign from it's inception last year and this image, showcasing all manner of delicious winter produce, is the most recent addition. 

The images goes live today and can be seen in store as well as on the cover of the accompanying seasonal supplement, which features recipe ideas, tips and hints to making the most of our five-a-day.

Jan Baldwin teamed up with Milly Goodwin at Living Etc this month to shoot 'Paints & Papers'.

This cleaver feature shows how to use paint & wallpaper in inventive  ways to inject each room in your house with dramatic bursts of colour to create a unique and quirky environment.

Tom Leighton has shot a story for this month's Homes & Gardens based on the classic stripe; Ticking. It focuses on using the stripe throughout your home in various shades and juxtapositions to create individual moods for each room.

In the February issue of Elle Decoration there is a calm and beautifully styled feature, called 'Winter Whites'. The feature was shot by the lovely Neil Mersh and styled by Emilio Pimentel-Reid. It's fresh & stylistic environment is actually Neil's west London flat in the Trellick Towers.The story has little bursts of colour throughout which adds understated excitement, and makes each shot really punchy.
